Faith Healer is one of the most intensely intimate plays ever conceived by a writer.
It’s a literary play that comprises 4 monologues across 4 separate acts recited by 3
actors, each with contradicting variations on their shared life stories. Each act is a
journey, externally (to different countries) and internally as a raw revealing of the
human spirit in hope and despair. Be part of this very special unfolding experience
of live reality drama of a high order, experience of theatre as rehearsal and
performance in one, in the voices of some of our greatest living stage and screen
actors.

Casts will be announced in July. Previous AOB Faith Healer actors have included
Tamsin Greig (Grace), Toby Jones (Teddy), Rory Kinnear (Frank), Alex Jennings
(Teddy), Robert Glenister (Teddy), Conleth Hill (Teddy).
Director: The Actor
Mise En Scène: DoranBrowne
Festival Producer: Jonathan Burgess
Event Managers: Michelle Lake (August 8-10);
Scene Setting: Faith Healer is set in late August and culminates in Ballybeg
(Glenties) in Act 4. Each of the acts intimate the different countries of Wales,
Scotland and Ireland. We’ve transposed the play to different country halls across
Ballybeg’s west Donegal. For our presentation there will be no Director and no
rehearsals.

Cast: To be announced in June & July
Tickets: €40. NB Due to hall size tickets are limited. Book early not to be
disappointed.
